A field-derived model of how Harvester skill, seed yield, and collection intensity alter the survival window of four Pyromycis specimens.
01 / Abstracted finding
Skill slows collapse. It does not replace propagation.
Under the paper's zero-natural-growth assumption, any species with a seed yield below one declines whenever harvesting occurs. Skill Level 3 extends the modeled survival window by roughly two to three times, but only Glowy Rose reaches replacement or growth in the observed sample.

Pyromycis harvest survival
Population threshold: fewer than one whole specimen. Natural propagation is held at zero because its rate remains unmeasured in this study.

Field-derived inputs
Maximum observed daily populations and seed returns establish the starting population and yield ratio for each specimen.
Instant planting
The model assumes harvested seeds propagate immediately. Any real delay would shorten the recovery window.
One Harvester
The scenario models one collector. Concurrent collection pressure could accelerate depletion.
Propagation unknown
Natural reproduction is not measured here. Sustainable quotas cannot be finalized until that rate is observed in-world.
